Pros
Young people everywhere, ideas are actually valued (although watch out for those pesky managers who will pass them off as their own), financial appreciation for hard work through bonuses, learning about languages and cultures is really fascinating. Access to very senior management, can easily talk and discuss ideas directly with them. Company focusing on technological advances so the job gets easier every month. If you are open, and tell this company what you want to do (Management, Project managing) they really will help you get there.
Cons
'Gangy' senior management team in London, they are all very close and you cannot penetrate that group on a professional level. They are weirdly close, it leaves a lot of junior members feeling excluded. You will always be given more to do, undoubtedly. You can work incredibly hard for a long time, but it won't let up. Too much focus on drinks, team events outside work hours over professionalism and career development. It's like going out for a pizza will mask over important work issues that people have. CEOs are total dumbasses, however the company does run completely well despite their courtroom idiocy.
