      Pros - Great foot in the door if you are interested in the e-discovery industry/legal support industry in general.

      Cons

      Cons - Demanding/stressful culture. Sales/Production/tech/CS often got into shouting matches. People play the blame game rather than moving forward on solutions after a mistake.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
