Great company culture, colleagues work well together, interesting work, good learning curve.

Cons

Requests for raises repeatedly turned down with 'we don't have enough money' - despite this demonstrably not being the case. You're just seen as a number in these cases and your person is not taken into account.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
