      Pros

      Good learning experience at first. Lots of young people work there, so it's a fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Poor management that won't stand up for team. Sometimes there's nothing to do during the day, but employees are expected to work after hours and on weekends (always on call).

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
