      Misleading Job Description - Entry Level Project Coordinator TransPerfect Employee Review

      Pros

      - Not many entry-level project manager positions available - Younger people in company - Nice office - 40% of the time you find vendors and assign them to a translation job

      Cons

      - 60% of your time will be staring at an untranslated and translated document side-by-side and search the document to make sure a period here and there aren't missing or that the correct things are underlined or bolded (the documents are usually 20+ pages long - Low pay for the work - Too many projects on your plate at the same time

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
