Pros

The only positive thing I can think about is that there has been no delay in salary payments.

Cons

I had high expectations when I first joined TPT. Unfortunately, none of them was met so I decided to leave. The overall impression is that to your managers you're just a number. Training to newbies is done by other PMs/improvized team leads who have no time, patience and above all coaching experience to properly follow you because overwhelmed with their tasks/projects.Heavy workload, embarassing work-life balance, unpaid extra hours ( and you do a lot of them since "you cannot leave if you do not address all your projects") and very unclear career progression/ growth expectations.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
