Pros
This is my first out of uni job. And it indeed gives me many chances to facilitate my personal and career growth. During the first month in the company, I was already given the opportunity to receive training in London (I work in Asia now). In fact, it is quite often for its employees to travel to different hubs all over the word to receive/give training or simply to help out in an newly established office. Thanks to the overseas working experience, I was able to broaden my horizons and sharpen my competitive edge. It is undeniable that the job is sometimes stressful, but the working atmosphere is quite nice- colleagues are friendly and managers are supportive. They are always ready to jump in and give an helping hand if needed. Also, the management team always motivates us and takes our advices/comments into account in the weekly meeting. In general, I enjoy working in this company so far.
Cons
One will always have to work under time pressure. And one may feel quite stressed at the beginning to hit those tight deadlines. But things will be better once you are getting more familiar with the procedures, vendors and client requirements, and know how to prioritize different tasks.
