There are SO SO many things that are wrong with this company that I don't know from where to begin....Systems and tools from the 90s, complete lack of innovation and investment in people, no benefits, no company culture, incompetent management and zero contingency planning for when people are out or sick! I had a colleague working from home while having really bad COVID because many people were out this respective week - a pretty suable matter in my opinion! Instead of being offered a day or two to recover properly, nothing of the sort even occurs to management as workload is significant. I would have complained to HR if I thought that they would actually care and do something about it but from what I've seen, they don't or their hands are simply tight. Upper management from what I've seen are folks that have mostly been with the company forever and often have not had a different work experience with another company or anything, which further adds up to a totally toxic, unprofessional and incompetent environment. It seems a common and also acceptable practice to talk bad about the performance and demeanour of past and present employees in team meetings..So unprofessional and an absolute no-go!
