      Got to meet great people Started from home

      Cons

      They generally don't care about the employees. Low pay, no possibility of salary increase. Little to no respect for people. Management is childish and will try to guilt trip you into doing some activities outside work hours. People keep leaving every 2-3 months and nobody gets hired.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
