Pros

Work-life balance is quite good, usually people work 9-5 but no flexible hours allowed. The benefits are generous in general (pensions, healthcare etc)

Cons

Nepotism is very evident, different rules for different people. It’s all about who you know and who you get on with. Senior management is very detached.

Pros

• The workforce is culturally diverse, with colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds. • Some teams have talented individuals who genuinely want to do good work. • Flexible work arrangements depending on the department.

Cons

• The company operates as a yearly review–down environment, where feedback is overwhelmingly negative and rarely constructive. • Communication from leadership is inconsistent, unclear, and often nonexistent. • Employees receive minimal support, guidance, or resources to succeed in their roles. • Noticeable double standards, particularly affecting women, create an unfair and inequitable environment. • Despite having a diverse workforce, the company has lost sight of its internal culture. • No meaningful effort has been made to redefine or rebuild company culture post‑COVID or adapt to modern workplace expectations. • Lack of consistency in expectations and decision‑making across teams.
