Pros
Was very family oriented when I joined, remained that way until shortly before I left. Management were originally understanding of my difficulties (which I later discovered were undiagnosed disabilities) despite a lack of mental health support. KPI driven, but wasn't too harsh about them at the time if we slipped due to the nature of the department.
Cons
Very little communication from upper management, only spoke to them once during my time there. Harshly KPI focused when I left, thanks to 'improvements' by new department manager, did not feel like I belonged anymore. There was no appreciation for employees who were trying their hardest despite working in a job that involved having to speak to some really horrible 'customers'. Branch manager only spoke to teams when things were getting tough, never gave encouragement when things were going well. When new, possibly more suitable department was being created thanks to a new client, was refused chance to change teams despite being more qualified in that field. Company lacked the ability to support employees who have mental health problems.
