Executives across LOBs are hardworking, solution finding, and caring - we're fortunate. Being one of a few Americans might seems intimidating but the team are near family - eternally helpful and willing to partner up.

Covid-19 changes to the sales process - ugh, please! Covid-19 forcing changes to our workforce - sorry to see great people sidelined. Love to get them back soon. Inability to travel - ouch. Being in Seattle while the team are in Ireland requires a flexible schedule - not really a con, more "interesting." As with every start-up, wanting to deliver faster, bigger, and better than the business asks.
