Pros
You won't be asked to work overtime, though you can work extra hours and receive extra pay. That's if you can still take the job after a grueling full 8-hour shift!
Cons
No support and guidance provided, and management won't be available to assist you or answer your questions. That's the downside of working remote. That's aside from the fact that you won't know any of them, your managers, supervisors, and coworkers. Don't expect to get rewarded for a job well done or even when you've done exemplary work! But do expect to get fired after a serious of low evaluation marks! That can be done without coaching or management giving you proper feedback. You'll just be informed that you didn't pass a series of evaluations and unfortunately, the company has decided to let you go!
