Toxic work environment. Disregard for trans or BIPOC support. Managers are never on-site + little contact or support throughout the week. Forced to work other programs who are understaffed with the threat of a write-up if you refuse. Hard to give PT’s basics needs support because management doesn’t follow through with orders or requests, so many shelters stay without necessary resources. Little to no training.
