We agree some practices on some contracts are difficult to manage on a micro level. Its impossible to refer specifically to which precise moment you are referring. We have the same challenges too trying to balance things out for as many people as possible, as you know there is a huge push by government to reduce costs and the provision of multilingual services (inter alia interpreting) in the criminal legal sector is no exception.
