Pros
Nothing really. The employees where great but the management team was not good at all . They are very one dimensional company with no growth opportunities. The culture is more Chinese than American culture.

The culture is more Chinese than American... For people that are under " operations / Logistics coordinators, of course, they will imply " is the best company to work for" thus for sales you are treated as you are "trash" or not worthy if no business are brought in for the time period they want .....even they have evidence of your efforts / clients you have reached / met
