Pros
Excellent place for career development. Very good at employee training and skill development. Does an annual employee appraisal and helps keep employees on track with their performance requirements and required gaps to move on to the next career level.
Cons
Very high expectation and very busy work schedule. During my early years with the company I was involved with the fast track development programme that required trainees in the programme to do a rotational offshore hands-on work schedule in addition to office roles and onshore training during your time-off. This was quite stressful but in all it helped to make me a better person when it comes to stress and pressure management.
