Pros
My first exposure to my new Transparent Partners family was through a freelance gig that was supposed to be 6 months. I enjoyed the work, the people and the culture so much I signed up for another gig. Then I joined the team full time. First time in a long time that I wanted to make something permanent. The leadership is progressive, cares deeply about their people and the compensation package is on par with much larger companies. Best part is everyone contributes to the team success, regardless of their title. Even the CEO rolls up his sleeves and works directly with the newest person to help them be successful.
Cons
Be prepared to work on challenging projects, step outside of your comfort zone and be recognized for your contributions. Is that a con? I don't think so.
