The owner is a complete joke, he places no value on the people that make him his money. Want a raise? Nope, owner needs to buy another tesla. Want any kind of benefits? Good luck unless you're able to pay $600+ a month for terrible health insurance and a joke matching rate for your 401k. Everyone I talked to across every dealership felt the same way.
