Terrible management - Project Administrator Trant Engineering Ltd Employee Review

Management are very basic, struggle to sort out issues and very much a blame game. Never felt supported with a team issue and when one handed their notice in I was blamed, I then handed my notice in and with in 2 weeks the person was re-hired. If you face doesn’t fit you are targeted and blamed. This job created some mental health issues that should have been addressed and supported but were not. Such a shame the management are really no equipment to manage
