Cons
1. Organization violate their own rules and regulation. Very rude finance and HR team. 2. Toxic work environment. Too much politics. 3. Manager and HR don't care about employee. Things got worst when u put resign and they immediately forgot all the things what you have done for organization. They will talk in bad words over phone. 4. Long Notice period i.e. 90 days 5. Your manager is God. if he is not agree with your point, even if you are doing something under rules and regulations. No one is there to point the manager. 6. Appraisals are very very less. 7. Nobody listen once you put your resign only they are worried about how to retain you. 8. Your hard work goes to waste if you have any dispute with your manager. 9. You need to extend your work hours for so many days every month
