Pros

Flexible Timings. On-Time Salary. Worked with some good people.

Cons

I worked in the fintech project LP.I have observed the worst work culture here in my career till now. No work ethics, lots of politics and favouritism. The project manager literally treat the employees very bad. Someday, if you have logged off early due to bad health or any other reason. He still calls you on the phone and ask you to join. If you refuse to join and work on weekends due to your personal commitments, he will threaten you by saying we are observing everyone and everything is getting noted down. No matter how much efforts you are giving during weekdays, you are only good in his books if you are working over the weekends and even the bonuses are according to that only. Appraisals are very low. Manager never supports their employees, understands their concerns. You are expected to work 15-16 hours a day throughout the year. You can't discuss or raise anything with the HR department.

Pros

Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

Cons

Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
