      I have had a fantastic experience at Trantor. The management listens to employee concerns, and the HR policies are transparent. The work culture is professional yet friendly, making it a great place to grow.

      Pros

      Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

      Cons

      Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
