Great technical people there and worked as a great team

Upper management -particularly in Dubai - completely clueless, and ran the most successful UK OTA at one time into shutdown.

The company has lots of potential and there are some very good people working there who want to succeed.

There are a number of good people in the business who really care about doing a good job but over time they have been worn down by poor decision making by senior management team. The company has a toxic culture that comes from the management team and seems to be tolerated/encouraged by all areas of the dnata organisation. The leadership are thin skinned become defensive and disrespectful when challenged. Due to the culture there are many silos and as a result social gatherings are non existent. The HR department do organise "forced fun" events where people come for free drinks/food and go home straight afterwards. The Kingston office in awful with poor facilities and has an atmosphere that eradicates any positivity as soon as you walk through the door.
