Pros
Amazing company to work for with an incredible culture where you can develop and boost your skills as an engineer. Modern tech stack with very challenging problems to solve. As a mid-level engineer, you get the opportunity to lead architecture designs and act as a project lead where you can truly push yourself. Being a startup, you also get to wear many hats and work across the stack, which is very fun and challenging. A very good overall package too, and the unlimited holiday perk is the cherry on top.
Cons
This is down to personal preference, but as the company is fully remote, if you work outside of Edinburgh, you might feel like you miss the in-person socialization part. But, again, it's a matter of personal preference
