Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear your experience was seamless and that you feel equipped for success. A diverse team, growth opportunities, and the right tools are exactly what we strive for every day.
As for your only ‘con’ - not joining sooner - don’t worry, we’re working on inventing a time machine for future hires (just waiting on the budget approval!). Until then, we’ll settle for making sure every day here feels like the right time to be part of Travis Credit Union.
Thanks for being part of our journey and for reminding us why we love what we do!
Understaffed due to high turnover rate, many quit due to unorganized and unsupportive management and internal communications with other departments

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the years you spent with Travis Credit Union. We’re glad to hear our healthcare benefits, employee loan discounts, and EAP were meaningful to you.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with staffing, management support, and cross-department communication did not meet expectations. Benefits are important, but they should never have to carry the entire employee experience by themselves, that is a lot of heavy lifting for an EAP and a loan discount.
Your comments are important, and we take feedback like this seriously. We continue to focus on strengthening leadership support, improving communication across teams, and creating a more consistent and supportive experience for employees, especially in high-impact member-facing roles like the Contact Center.
Thank you again for your service to TCU and for sharing your perspective.
We wish you the very best in what comes next.
