Pros
- Start-up environment, so everyone is given the space to dip into things which aren't *strictly* part of their job description. - Highly collaborative and supportive environment. - Emphasis on decisions and delivery (no meetings which are stretched to fill time or in place for no tangible reason) - Team are really supportive - failure is not on a person and people muck in to fix things. - Flexible working is a huge plus - generally work from home mondays + fridays with some of the team remote more than that. - Potential for rapid progression (if all goes well!) - Not encouraged to work evenings or weekends
Cons
- We are currently pre-launch, so it's all hands on deck. If you're precious about job remit you would struggle here. - Difficult conversations with third parties - part and parcel of managing relationships / delivery.
