      Pros

      Mission is great, coworkers are smart, fun people, office is nice.

      Cons

      You start excited and then you lose all interest. The CEO is arrogant and stubborn. He doesn't listen to people who know what they're talking about bc he's obsessed with his own views. Has no respect for people's time, doesn't care about people leaving every month, micromanages a lot, respects men's opinions more

      Pros

      Employees (apart from CEO) are great. Office is really nice and in 10-minute-walk to the beach.

      Cons

      As everybody mentioned, the CEO believes he is Elon Musk and he wants Google employees at the cost of a junior. He wants everybody to be perfect but he can only take decisions based on questions to chatGPT. When I left, employee historic rotation was higher than 50%, people was too burnout that even left from one day to another without noticing the CEO. Office is too hot in summer and cold in winter. Dogs are allowed in the building, so a lot of background noise.
