The energy at this workplace is great and it has made working in solar fun for me again. The owner is nice, very professional and has a high standard for everything. This is reflected in all the different areas of the company. Customers and employees are taken care of well. At the same time due to the nature of the business it’s a challenging work environment that will help you grow and expand your skills. It will it get boring working here and the challenges make it a very fulfilling work place. This is a growing company with lots of room to grow for each employee.

This is a growing company that doesn’t have set rigid structures. This isn’t really a con. However if you don’t like wearing multiple hats and if you prefer rigid structures then this might not be the place for you.

The company owner, Omar, is a phenomenal man. Extremely caring, fair, and a pleasure to be around and work alongside. Always there when you need him. This morning he even helped jump my car. You're working for a company with an extremely high level of integrity. You can tell your client's honestly they're going to receive the best possible service because that's what is delivered. The company is doing well and growing. Each member of the team is easy to get along with and fun to be around. Were very accommodating to my schedule. You get your picture posted on the Craigslist ad.
