Pros
If you have kids and manage to work your way up, you can come into work and leave whenever you want. One of the higher ups doesn't even have a five day work week. PERKS. .........if you're not a supervisor and/or don't have kids: you have the option to make friends if you want. Kids are awesome.
Cons
It's almost impossible to move on up and the pay is crap. It's a good temporary job. Admin is so far from reality of what are job is. I guess with power they forgot what it was like
