      Good benefits. Clinical staff hardworking and caring

      Cons

      Upper Management focuses more on getting patient numbers up but do not understand that giving quality care to dying patients and their families takes time. Frequent changes in clinical staff due to burnout.

      Pros

      Genuinely nice and caring coworkers

      Cons

      Most of management and leadership are awful and unsupportive. When I left they were trying to cut corners in every position that will ultimately affect patient care. The new CEO is very obviously numbers-focused and will prioritize that over staff retention or satisfaction.
