Quota unrealistic & not attainable.
No chance of meeting the targets set.
End result is they look at attainment numbers only & then fire you. Then hire someone else with an even higher target & fire them - its a vicious circle & they never learn, ‘oh maybe we should look at our targets’, but after all that would take too much work.
The soul has gone from the company since the merger.
Constant change, change, change & then wonder why we lose customers or customers don’t trust us.
Don’t care about employees which is evident in fact that there are constant redundancies but no redundancy package made available but ‘we really do value our employees’ or ‘please understand tough decisions have to made’. We understand sometimes redundancies happen but that doesn’t mean you can’t take care of the person being made redundant!!!!
