Pros
* Some of the people are good, or should I say WERE good, most of the good ones have now gone. * The technology is very strong. * Because they struggle to keep good people in the UK they pay over market rate to attract top talent, including throwing money at those still there in an effort to keep them.
Cons
* VERY Toxic environment supported by bad policies driven by the HR team. There was a mass exit over the last 12 months from their technical team, with almost every person leaving under a cloud, including two that chucked it in within hours of meeting with HR. * Slow to make the hard decisions when required, like letting go people in sales that consistently miss their numbers. * HR seem to have an ego, treating good team members that speak out as "the problem child", yet letting poor performers fly under the radar. * Not willing to promote from within, even when hiring from the outside has worked out pretty badly a couple of times. * With three or four notable exceptions ( a couple of the sales ladies and a couple of the technical guys) only the dross is left
