The work is pretty standard.

There are very confused people around trying to manage the place.

Above average Salary and benefits. Great people outside of senior management. You have given responsibilities since day one, therefore you can really learn very quickly.

They terminated employees without any notice or compensations. There is no seniority level in Data science all the team still learning with almost same experience even the team lead don't have experience in data science . HR and company policy very bad they don't have any kind of compensations for over time how ever they always make employees to work over time . They are restricted to policies that benefit the company only and neglect the other .
