Pros
Good vision, goal orientated and pays ok for staff. Quite a good community onsite.
Cons
Big disconnect between board and the coal face. Trying to be a big player and bring in massive systems but has forgotten about what makes the money. Microsoft 365 and project control software wont fix systematic skill shortages and underinvestment at the site level
