Cons
I worked in the New York office. Most people who are hired leave after 1 or 2 years. This company has a retention issue and it’s mind boggling or maybe just pure ignorance that they don’t understand why. They preach female empowerment and call for diversity in the film industry but to be completely honest this was the most toxic company I have ever worked for and I have worked in film for a long time. The office is 99% white women and not decent kind. They gossip, talk so much smack about everyone including their own staff. The office breeds distrust. There’s no trust at all because you can’t trust anyone. Not your key and definitely not the head of the New York office, as it’s best not to confide in anyone here cause it all goes back to the worst of them all - the head of the snake. Some of the keys are amazing and they know who they are. But I wouldn’t recommend trevanna post at all. If you want to work in the accounting department within film, start in production. You get paid more by a few hundreds plus you get to meet amazing people from different departments and see how production works.
