This group was formed so that employees would have a forum to address work issues in an open environment. The group is comprised of other employees - no managers or HR.       Pros

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Supportive Team and Very Resourceful. Will Promote when Jobs added to workload.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
