Pros
I've been in the Cable business since 1995 and Tri Wire is, by far, the most professional company in the industry. They allow equal opportunity for anyone with a good work ethic and some ambition to better themselves. They pay accurately, on time, and mostly above average if your willing to put the effort in. They provide all the necessary tools for you to be successful, including a management structure that has multiple levels of support. Everyone of the Tri Wire executives that I know in the company started out as a Cable Tech.
Cons
The cons of this job mostly relate to the industry as a whole. I believe the average hourly rate is about $16-18 bucks but should be closer to $25 for the amount of energy it takes to keep customers happy.
