Do not be fooled by the location of this company. The Industry building is a very very cool shared space. But that is where any positives for working for this company ends.
The owners lie through their teeth about pretty much everything.
They repeatedly talk about how this is their third time running a business like this, but their actions make it seem like they have no idea what they are doing. The biggest issue is that they couldn't care less about their employees. It's all about putting money into their pockets. Nothing more. Their so called "customized project recruiting" really just means that they over promise to their clients to get paid an up front fee, then they dump 40+ reqs onto individual recruiters and demand a high volume of submittals, not taking into consideration any of the challenges that the recruiting team might be facing. This is an understaffed, low budget operation where candidates are tracked on spreadsheets (no CRM, you literally have to manually input candidate info into spreadsheets) and commissions have to be repeatedly asked for. Furthermore the turn over rate is ridiculous. Most recruiters get fired with in 6 months for not being able to handle the absurd work load and expectations. While the owners talk endlessly about how culture and employee success is important to them, they do nothing to show it. This is an all round miserable place to be. You've been warned.
