New management does not recognise experienced staff members. Short term thinking regarding how they offer out new work, mostly considering the people who they've seen or spoken to most recently rather than those who have been working there a long time. Hiring requirements have been diluted significantly, decreasing the reputation and quality of teaching provision. All staff perks have been significantly altered and reduced. Representation and diversity is of interest for marketing purposes, but not considered in staffing procedures.
