      The leadership of this company are very focused on employees. Lots of employee recognition and perks. The health insurance is very inexpensive. Pay is good but you can't beat the culture.

      The main thing is the office space. It is need of an update badly.

      Pros

      Everyone at Tria Health is great to work with. Management is very open to new ideas and small enough that they listen to everyone and are very responsive.

      Cons

      Non-remote is generally preferred but they are open to hybrid work from home.
