Its a fast growing company - the cons are cons if you have a mindset that a company needs to be perfect at all times. When mistakes are made leaders do everything they can to make it right and pivot and adjust.

Too many to list out. The founders have absolutely no idea how to run a company. They let sales and marketing employees try to structure and run all departments - which turned into a mass exodus of employees over the last year / 2 years. The review that mentioned ‘bro club’ is 100% spot on. Run by 2 dudes who have no idea what even goes on in their company. Also- who takes away unlimited PTO after that’s been your policy for YEARS?! This company will not be around for the long haul.
