Pros
Transitioning to Triad Partners from my previous job, which was, unfortunately, a toxic work environment, has been a transformative experience and a breath of fresh air. At Triad, I feel encouraged, loved, valued, part of a team, empowered, heard (and actually listened to), celebrated, and so much more. At Triad, I am not just a number, but a respected and integral part of the organization. Culture is a massive area of the company that is valued, and the culture at Triad is a work culture unlike any I have ever experienced. The company truly loves and values each team member and proactively shows their care throughout the year. As a fully remote worker, I am amazed by the extra lengths this company takes to ensure you feel included culturally, which is fantastic. (I'm talking care packages to join into the celebration with the in-office celebrations) Every team member feels approachable, assessable (including the founders), and like the co-worker you love working with. It is pretty cool to be surrounded by a group of people constantly pushing themselves to grow and improve, and it's contagious to everyone. The benefits are excellent, and we have unlimited PTO. When the company says we do business and do life together, it is not a slogan that gets thrown around. It is truly how this company works and lives with the team.
Cons
I have worked with Triad for about 1.5 years, and I don't have many cons, which sounds silly. This is a growth-minded company, and we are expanding rapidly, which can sometimes be uncomfortable. Growth is never comfortable, but it is always necessary. Triad, being a newer company, comes with a lot of change internally and a new structure and then restructuring, and sometimes it can be challenging to deal with, but again, that is necessary for growth and making the company the best it can be.
