Staff have consistently missed goals for multiple consecutive weeks, which seems to reflect a misalignment between company quotas and the actual support/training provided to recruiters. Mass Hiring Strategy: The company recently conducted mass layoffs in late 2025 and is now aggressively backfilling positions. Potential applicants should be aware that this hiring surge often indicates an unstable internal environment rather than healthy growth.
