1. Very low level local projects and cheap office colleagues 2. They torture you like anything, initially they will say it is good work culture and all shiny stuff, but then work culture becomes hell, no holidays on Saturday and Sunday 3. No HR policies 4. If you leave company, they will eat you last three months salary or will not give reliving and experience certificate 5. 1-2 months late salary 6. No heirarchy and ethics
