Pros

In a way it's like Harvard for Junior/Specialist Marketers - you can grow FAST and T47 doesn't hesitate from investing in their talent (there's an enormous Kindle library and CXL courses available to you). The multinational team is amazing and very friendly. A truly great place to start your career in digital marketing. Ewa is an outstanding leader and a role model for her team. If I were 18-23 and a Junior, I would give T47 5 stars. Also, free beer. :)

Cons

...that being said, if you're a seasoned digital marketing professional, you may be disappointed and I feel like what Ewa preaches gets lost in translation at the management level. Not because T47 clients projects are not ambitious - quite the contrary. If Project Supervisors have a certain idea how a campain should be rolled out, there's no way you can change their mind, even if some decisions really don't make sense (neverending changing of colors of creatives instead of rethinking personas, USP, A/B testing based on strong hypotheses etc.). I don't expect supervisors to explain every decision they make, as I'm aware of my own heuristic errors and seeing maybe 20% of their work and experience, but come on, they are not all-knowing oracles. Also, constantly dropping unexpected huge tasks 30 min before a deadline is not cool. It's a neverending scope creep. Work-life balance is not really enforced, although theoretically encouraged by the amazing HR team. Sadly, I was never able to work 9-5, mostly working until at least 8pm (because of constant content alterations requested by the client and project supervisor). This job left me 10 pounds heavier, almost divorced from all overtime, forgetting what my friends look like and severely burnt out, but I have to admit that some teams seemed to have no such problems. To sum up - everything is fantastic if you're young and single, but if you want to have a life apart from work it's probably not going to happen - and it may not be a problem for some folks.

+ Individually tailored talent development program with weekly mentoring and skill acceleration sessions. + Unlimited access to the multiple online-educational platforms, e-books, materials from internal workshops. + A young, diverse, ambitious and curious team that crafts an extremely friendly atmosphere at work + integration activities you won't want to miss. + The leader: industry thought leader to follow and get inspired by. + Tribe47 works with clients only "if it ticks" and knows when to say "no". It always has to be a match. + Best HR manager I've experienced so far. + The place where all Digital Marketing puzzles come together into a bigger picture: the Funnel. No matter what specific field of Digital Marketing you belong to, at this company you will nail a wide-angle perception. + Goal-oriented yet enjoyable workflow. + Benefits, insurance and brilliant localisation. + Ultimately the greatest place to grow as a specialist and spend workdays at.

Pros

I've been working with Tribe47 as a freelance copywriter for more than 4 years and I genuinely adore them. They have an amazing, hard-working, full of energy Team - with Girl Power on fire. They always pay within 2-3 weeks of receiving an invoice. They only work on projects they believe in, with ethical businesses that help make the world a better place. And their CEO Ewa Wysocka is one of the smartest humans I've ever met, always hungry for growth, knowledge and innovation.

Cons

Because they're so fast-paced, they *sometimes* drop tasks and requests a bit too last minute - so if you're a freelancer and have a lot of different projects, that might be tricky to juggle.
