Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. We care deeply about our people and are sorry to hear that you don't feel that our team is being treated with respect an that there is not opportunity for new roles or promotions. We have listened to the feedback from our team and in 2020 put better communication methods in place, our training has been expanded and we are not implementing any new programs to give everyone a chance to fully understand all the new systems from 2019. More than anything we want our team members to achieve new roles, become super users with our systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of Tribute Properties.
