Pros
Pay is decent but lower than the competition. 15/6 schedule is nice but other options would be great. Benefits are good. They pay just half of the class 1 training cost at bulldog and the rest comes from your pay. If you quit before a year you pay the full 10k.
Cons
The problem with this company is the people in charge. They're automating everything so will likely have mass layoffs in near future. They take advantage of doubling up guys in rooms and sending them out so they can pocket the money they're paid for employee accommodations. The ceo hates anyone that didn't attend college or university and looks down on them. Also a lot of high school drama and backstabbing all throughout the company.
