      Pros

      The pay here is good. Generally treatment of employees is fair. It hasnice work environment and very little work pressure.

      Cons

      Growth prospects here are poor. Company's future is uncertain. You have to know someone in the management to count. Too much nepotism.

      Pros

      The staff is great. I have had the privilege of working with some great engineers. Additionally, my manager was great to myself, as well as the group.

      Cons

      Outsourcing. The Research and Development team from San Diego (Design as well as Test, and into Production) has been moved to China, in an effort to reduce cost.
