      Pros

      - Very nice, international colleagues. Most people are very kind. - Nice subject matter. The work you are doing is pretty interesting. - The offices are very nice, large and modern! Good coffee too.

      Cons

      - There is an extremely toxic culture that promotes working until you get ill. Most people work overtime every single day (7 days a week), UNPAID. - The management wants people to think of the company as their family. Does not understand that people need a work-life balance. - Not possible to have a personal life. No time to take care of yourself. - Pay is not appropriate in relation with the many hours worked. Standard working hours are 9-7 + overtime. - Strategies of the company shift constantly. - Visa not provided as promised.

      Easy job Relatively good payment

      Cons

      Lack of tools. There are no resources available to perform the sales role effectively, such as a CRM system, databases, proper lead qualification or any structured, strategic approach to acquiring new customers. Furthermore, management is unable to handle product feedback due to the numerous bugs and issues with the information provided by Tridge Eye, the core product. In short, management is asking for sales without providing the basic tools. Also, be prepared for payments to be delayed by many months, for HR to send apologetic emails, and for you to be asked to work for free.
